High carbon copper-lead separation technology
Problem:
- The separation of copper and lead is difficult, and the conventional separation depressants are not effective;
- High organic carbon content;
- Conventional lead inhibitors are toxic;
- It is difficult to separate copper and lead with conventional collector.
Technical solution:
- Use highly effective non-toxic lead depressant DC-30 to effectively depress lead and realize the separation of copper and lead.;
- The high efficiency copper collector YX09510C is used, which has good selectivity and very weak ability to lead and sulfur;
- Carbon depressant D486 is used to avoid the adverse effect of carbon on the separation of copper and lead;
- Flotation process innovation, decarbonization, middle ore reseparation-separation
Final effect:
- Efficient separation of copper and lead is realized;
- The grade of copper concentrate is above 20%, and the recovery rate is above 80%;
- The lead loss rate in copper concentrate is only 0.5%
