2000-2003: Deputy Production Manager at the First Branch of Tangshan Jianlong Iron Selection Plant, focusing on process optimization and production management.
2003-2004: Designed and managed a low-vanadium titanium mine with an annual production of 2 million tons, concurrently serving as Deputy General Manager of Production.
2004-2020: Joined Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Technology Co., Ltd. as Deputy Manager and Deputy Chief Engineer of the Production Technology Department. Played a key role in optimizing production processes and technological advancements until July 2020.

With rich experience and outstanding achievements in the mining industry, he began his career in 1993, serving as the deputy director of the workshop at Wangyeling Iron Mine in Zunhua City, Hebei Province, for seven years. He then served as the deputy production manager at Tangshan Jianlong Iron Ore Plant No. 1 for three years. Since 2003, he has designed and managed a low vanadium-titanium mine with an annual production of 2 million tons, while also serving as the deputy general manager of production. From 2004, he worked at Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Technology Co., Ltd. as the deputy manager and deputy chief engineer of the production technology department until July 2020. During this period, he was also assigned to Zhurihe Copper Industry, Chengde Shunchang Mining, Xinjiang Xikai Mining, and Jindi Molybdenum Mine, serving as deputy production manager for one year each.
