Y&X Collector SW01 is an effective collector for the flotation of phosphate ore, fluorite ore, scheelite, lead-zinc oxide ore, rare earth ore and so on.

An effective collector for the flotation of oxidized ores such as phosphate ore, fluorite ore, scheelite, lead-zinc oxide ore, rare earth ore and so on. Especially for refractory oxidized ores such as carbonate-type apatite ore, fluorite ore and scheelite, selectivity and collecting capacity are very good.

Collector SW01 can be used alone or in combination with oleic acid, can effectively solve the problem of low-temperature fluorite flotation. The minimum flotation temperature is as low as 3℃, and it is beneficial for improving the grade of fluorite concentrate.

This product needs to be dissolved in hot water above 50℃. Place the medicine in the stirred hot water and stir thoroughly to prepare a concentration of 5% to 20%. You can also add a small amount of water to the heating container, heat it, and then place the reagent in a heater to boil until it boils, and then prepare a solution of 5% to 20%. When used alone, the dosage is 100-500 g/t; When used together with oleic acid as a fluorite collector, the dosage is 20-200 g/t.
