This product is designed to depress fine-grained carbonaceous minerals, such as graphite, organic carbon, and free carbon, in the flotation of base and precious metals, including copper, gold, and lead-zinc. By selectively increasing the hydrophilicity of carbon minerals, it prevents their adsorption onto target minerals, thereby reducing flotation competition. This results in improved recovery and concentrate grades, while also reducing the consumption of collectors and frothers.

Recommended Dosage:
The recommended concentration for the prepared solution is less than 3%. The addition point should be determined based on site-specific conditions. Typically, it is added to the stirring drum or flotation tank, but can also be introduced into the ball mill. The typical dosage range is between 50-1000 g/ton of raw ore.
