M1002 – Selective Collector for Copper-Molybdenum and High-Sulfur Ores

Product Details

Collector M1002 is an effective collector for Molybdenum sulfide ores.
Collector M1002 is an effective collector for Molybdenum sulfide ores.

M1002, developed by Y&X Beijing Technology Co., Ltd., is a highly selective flotation collector designed for copper-molybdenum sulfide systems. It offers excellent copper selectivity, minimal pyrite collection, and strong performance under low-alkalinity conditions. With no foaming behavior, M1002 is ideal for precise separation processes and is widely used in complex flotation operations.

Key Benefits

  • Enhanced Molybdenum Recovery
Effectively improves molybdenite recovery in copper-molybdenum ore flotation.

  • Low Pyrite Affinity
Very weak collection toward pyrite, enabling clean copper-sulfur separation in high-sulfur ores.

  • Performs Under Low Alkalinity
Achieves effective flotation without the need for high lime dosage—suitable for pH-sensitive circuits.

  • Smelter Slag Application
Recommended for copper recovery from copper slag, where it performs as a primary collector.

  • No Foaming Behavior
Requires addition of frother or emulsifier to build a stable flotation system.
