Product Description
Product Description
YX3418A is a high-performance flotation collector specifically designed for the beneficiation of sulfide ores. This yellow, oily liquid is formulated to enhance the grade and recovery rates of metals like copper, gold, and lead. With an active substance content of over 90%, YX3418A is an effective, non-hazardous alternative to popular collectors. Its strong collecting power and weak foaming properties make it suitable for use under both acidic and alkaline conditions, and it can be used alone or in combination with xanthates to optimize metal extraction.

Applications
Mining Industry:
- Copper and Copper-Zinc Ores: YX3418A enhances the grade and recovery rate of copper concentrates.
- Copper-Gold Ores: Improves recovery rates of associated precious metals, including gold and silver, in copper concentrates.
- Lead-Zinc Ores: Provides strong collecting power for lead, significantly boosting lead recovery rates during lead flotation stages.
Customer Case Example: In a copper-zinc sulfide mine in Africa, the use of YX3418A in flotation tests demonstrated improved recovery rates and higher concentrate grades. A client in Morocco reported similar results, achieving effective flotation separation with YX3418A as part of their copper flotation process.
