PAM Instructions for Use

1. Solubility: Dissolve polyacrylamide in water to make a solution of 0.5-5‰. Be sure to add polyacrylamide to the water in a gradual and continuous manner.

2. Mix: Do not mix the solution too hard or too quickly. Recommended speed for blender: 60-200 rpm.

3. Container: Dissolve polyacrylamide in a container made of enamel, aluminum, or plastic. Do not use iron containers to dissolve or preserve polyacrylamide, as this will affect the effect of the solution due to degradation.

4. Dissolving time: dissolve polyacrylamide when needed. Do not use solutions that were prepared a long time ago.

5. After adding the polyacrylamide solution, do not mix the turbid liquid too violently or for too long.

6. The concentration of cationic and nonionic polyacrylamide solutions should be lower than that of anionic polyacrylamide because the formulation weight of the first two is less than that of the latter, so the viscosity is weaker.
